Raffle participants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees and surcharges. Winner will also be issued an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax form W-2G that will state the value of prize winnings. All prizes are non-transferrable. Prize is based on the amount of tickets sold. A minimum of 1500 tickets sold will payout the maximum of $10,000. If a minimum of 500 tickets are not sold, prize will result to a 50/50 raffle. The minimum amount awarded is $300.
